Refund & Returns Policy

At Beech Mountain Christmas Trees, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality real Christmas trees, wreaths, and greenery. Every tree is hand-selected and prepared with care from our family farm in Elk Park, North Carolina.
Because our products are natural and perishable, please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
π 1. Fresh Product Policy
All of our trees are freshly cut to order and inspected for quality before pickup or delivery.
Due to the nature of live trees and greenery, each one is unique β slight variations in shape, color, or fullness are completely normal.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for these natural variations.
π¦ 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion in the following cases:

The wrong size or variety was delivered

The tree or product was damaged during delivery or pickup

Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability

We may request a photo of the product to help us assess the situation and determine the best solution.
π 3. Pickup & Delivery Issues
We work hard to ensure on-time delivery and pickup. However, weather and road conditions can occasionally cause delays.
If we must reschedule your delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Once a tree is delivered or picked up, it becomes the customerβs responsibility to keep it fresh and hydrated. We cannot issue refunds for trees that dry out due to lack of watering or improper care.
β 4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund if your tree has already been harvested or prepared.

π 5. Exchanges
We cannot guarantee exchanges because our trees are freshly cut and availability is limited.
However, if an issue arises, please contact us right away β weβll always do our best to make it right.
π³ 6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5β7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
π 7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Live Christmas trees after setup or decoration

Wreaths and garlands once removed from packaging

Custom or special orders

Gift cards
