We grow and sell fresh, real Christmas trees and related products (such as wreaths and garlands) directly from our family farm.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Orders can be placed securely through our website using accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments).

  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

If there are any issues with your payment or order information, we’ll contact you using the details you provided.

3. Product Availability & Substitutions

Because our trees and greenery are natural, hand-grown products, availability may vary throughout the season.
If a specific tree size or variety becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a similar replacement or a full refund.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • Local pickup is available at our farm: 7102 Beech Mountain Rd., Elk Park, NC 28622.

  • We offer local delivery within our service area (please see our Delivery page for details).

  • Delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by weather, road conditions, or farm operations.

We take great care in preparing and transporting your tree, but once delivered or picked up, responsibility for care and maintenance passes to you.

5. Returns & Refunds

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our trees.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your tree.

Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion in the following cases:

  • The tree was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong size or type was delivered

We cannot accept returns once the tree has been set up, decorated, or altered.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date.
After that time, we may have already harvested your tree and may not be able to cancel the order.

7. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are subject to change without notice.
Occasional promotions or discount codes may be offered — these are valid only for the time period stated and cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our site or servers

  • Copy or misuse our content, photos, or trademarks

  • Use our site for fraudulent or misleading purposes
